Visiting Santa Claus in Rovaniemi

Advent 2022 - With spring-like temperatures in Germany, the Easter Bunny is more likely to be seen than Santa Claus. No Christmas spirit. We had to act! With foresight, we booked a charter flight to Kittilä a long time ago to be on the safe side and set off with 90 Christmas-hungry guests directly to see Santa Claus in Lapland. He even visited us personally on one of our evenings and had a lot to tell us about our participants. In order to better assess the hard work of Santa Clause, we also tried reindeer sleighs and alternative drives such as huskies and snowmobiles. We had a lot of fun, but still left the job to the professionals. A little disillusioned, but still full of fascination and Christmas feelings, we got back on our charter plane after four days in Finland and flew back to rainy Germany.
